Rava Idli

 Rava idli (also rave idli) is a variation of the popular South Indian breakfast item, idli, made with rava (semolina) or Bombay rava. It is a speciality of the state of Karataka and Tamil Nadu in India.  Rava-idli translates to semolina-idli in the native Kannada language. It is usually found in restaurants that serve Udupi cuisine. Rava idli is served hot and is to be eaten along with saagu and coconut chutney. A dash of ghee poured on the top of rava idli adds to the overall taste. 

Kande Pohe

Pohe originated from Maharashtra. Pohe is made of processed flattened rice, roasted with chilies, onions, mustard seeds, cumin seeds & curry leaves. It is a high carbohydrate, low fat, quick meal that can be made in minutes.  

Rava Vegetable Appe

Appe also known as paddu in kannada or Paniyaram in malyalam is a dish usually made by steaming a batter using a mould.
